I have a quick question/suggestion, would it be plausible to use a magus point to increase the total weight tolerance of an APU?
Like say for example, your APU has a total of 15 weight points, but to equip all the fun toys of destruction you want you need a weight allowance of 16 or more. Well, since the use of magus points is suppose to be the tweaking of the APU to the Mages liking, would it be plausible to increase that?

It's already stated in the rules that if you go over your Weight points you HAVE to spend Magus Points to make up for the overflow. If you don't have enough Magus points to cover the overflow you can't battle because your APU is too off-balance.

Exactly. 1 Magus Point compensates for 1 Weight Point over the limit; effectively, you're increasing your structural integrity or artificial muscle mass in some way. It's actually a fairly effective thing to do with auxiliary parts, since they increase stats more efficiently than Magus Points do.
